Boys and girls of the Blackouts.... Last night was a close one. Team "in the pink" gave us a run for our money and we barely scraped by. I love close games, but that one was a little too close. Let's get our shit together!

Team, great work out there yesterday. Loving where this is going, so keep it up or you will be cut.... kidding, kind of... Also, let's get on that flip cup table and dominate like we did towards the end of the night.

Week 1

Good showing on the fields last week. Let's keep it up this week AND bring up our flip cup skills too.. then we will be truly unstoppable!

Guess Who's Back!

That's Right.... Mr. Drinkie Von Hammerstein will be out at the game to cheer us on and put the bad mojo on the WMC's.

Just a Note

Intrateam hooking up is certainly not frowned upon on the blackouts (actually it is highly encouraged see Spencer's Explanation...) HOWEVER... please note that it will get found out and it WILL be known to the entire team. Also, wrap it up, we don't need little blackouts ruining our season.

By the looks of what i saw last night and what i know that many of our returning players are capable, i am getting very excited for the season to start!

One Week to go!

That's right... Almost time for the fun to begin! I expect eveyone to be in top physical/drinking condition for the first game (Wednesday, April 9th). So, if you haven't been running laps and pounding beers, consider this your fair warning. The Blackouts are going to be facing a changed league this year and I don't want someones excuse of, "But I had to work early..." getting in the way of our run to the glorious first place spot.

It is our championship to win or lose... Who's with me?

White Trash Party

It is time to celebrate everyone's favorite Rolling Blackouts' All Star... That's right, i am talking about Jessi... why would you think that i was talking about joe or ben, that is just weird...
Anyways, where was i... oh yeah, Jessi's birthday party is this friday, october 19th at her place on california street. It is white trash themed so most of you should fit right in with your normal attire!!! Seriously though, dress up or prepare to be turned away at the door. No one likes 'that guy'. Starts at 7PM, so be there at like 4PM to help preparty... and by preparty, i mean make it extremely awkward for everyone involved.

VERY IMPORTANT: This is a theme party and white trash attire is REQUIRED to attend. But let's be honest, if you can't pull off white trash, what kind of costume party can you pull off. So get your act together and get yourself a wife beater, some flannel, sh*tty jeans, etc... bonus points for mullet wigs..

And remember to bring something to drink as i don't know how long the supplies will last at their pad.

End of Season Party

After yet another great season of kickball, it is time to send this bad boy off proper. The party is going to be at Sugar this Friday, October 12th at 9PM. Open bar as long as the money lasts (usually a good hour and a half to two hours) and guests are welcome (they will be charged a cover). So get your act together and get there on Friday night. These BALLS aren't going to party themselves!

It is on tomorrow! We are going to dominate the rest of the league on our way to the grand prize and all the glory that comes from winning... Be there at noon if you are on the squad, or around 1230 if you just want to watch the lessons that we hand out...

Happy Birthday, Alan! Man we have had our fair share of birthdays this week. I didn't crop Nav out of the photo as i think that it is hilarious that he and alan are trying to show who has the bigger sniz. While i think that Alan technically wins in this photo, we all know that in real life, Nav is hands down queen vajayjay....

Today is Danny's Bday, and Sean had his yesterday... So happy birthday boys.... but that brings me to an interesting question. Look at what danny is wearing in that photo. Does he look like a pirate? I didn't think so. It just boggles the mind that someone born on International Talk Like a Pirate Day wouldn't embrace the pirate culture... I mean look what pirates have done for the environment! So in conclusion, i think that we should all wish Danny and Sean a Happy Birthday.... but we need to mock danny mercilessly for his poor pirating skills
